DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Hello My Darlings.

THE ABOVE CELLPHONE PROVIDER THAT I HAVE USED FOR SOMETIME NOW.
HAVE JUST TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF ME PUTTING MONEY INTO MY TELEPHONE ACCOUNT THE OTHER DAY.
WHICH I HAVE DONE EVERY MONTH FOR A LONG TIME.
SO THEY CUT OFF MY PHONE.
AFTER  SPEAKING TO 2 SERVICE REPS THEN A MANAGER.
THEY SAY THAT THERE IS NO RECORD OF MY CALL TO THEM THE OTHER DAY.
(DESPITE THEM RECORDING EVERY CALL THEY RECEIVE).
ALONG WITH THE FACT THAT I HAD A FRIEND WITNESS THE CALL.
THEY SAY THAT I WILL HAVE TO PUT THE MONEY ON THE ACCOUNT FOR A SECOND TIME 
( NOT GOING TO HAPPEN).
THIS THEY CALL CUSTOMERS SERVICE.
WELL THIS IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER REACTION.
LET'S SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES TO RESOLVE THIS .
MY WAY.

OH BY THE WAY WALMART. ONE OF YOUR REPS TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF MY CALL, YET THE SAME REP TOLD ME THAT THE MONEY MAY HAVE BEEN ADDED TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT, ERMMMMMM CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS.

Sprawl-Mart is a HORRIBLE company. I think the same people that handle Straight Talk handle Net 10, TracPhone, and SafeLink wireless. The service is HORRIBLE and they will not give you minutes if you lost them due to a technical issue. Their horrible treatment caused me to switch to Boost Mobile. The only problems I have had was when I purchased my phones from Best Buy. Everything I have purchased from that store has had problems. Christian, I am so sorry this has happened to you. Boost Mobile is a Sprint company. I pay $35 for unlimited everything on my Android phone. I think Virgin Mobile has good prices too. T. W.
