I feel your pain. Damn things are the worst. Hope it goes quickly and you recover soon. Do you go full on blind like i do? I hate that part as you know its coming and there ain't nowt you can do about it. :-(

I hope it has lessened by now, CD. Maybe take those enormous false eyelashes off, the strain on the muscles round your eyeballs from the weight of those, it's no wonder you've got a headache. All the best.

Sorry if I'm repeating myself: immerse your head, neck in cold water either in the shower or under the faucet. Hold it there until you feel cooled down. Once you feel cooler it should make a difference. I've never had to use ice water but I would if I had to.

Stay away from chemicals of any kind. Even stuff like deodorants, shampoos. Sorry to be naggy. I just have a system.

You are right about staying cool. I find eating cooling foods like cucumber help. You might want to try journalling in pencil. I feel like migraine sufferers have too many thoughts in our heads.

I agree with the others lots and lots of TLC, along with love and healing being sent your way. I also suffer from Migraines so I know what they are like. Please look after yourself Your health is more important then anything else.

The person she is married to is of dubious character...   This person has been  "Away"  for quite a while...    (If you know what I mean)   This person is threatening to return..   She will...   To expose the marriage & other criminal behaviors  they both had a part in.    As I write this.   Keanu Reeves & his team.  Do not know of this.    Alexandra,  knows is still legally married.
