No, I'm not okay. My day went downhill the moment I got up but at least I woke up and I don't need to go to the Emergency Room. I am having a mental health crisis. Got treated like crap today. At least I have self control cuz I sure felt like punching said person in the throat. The "sane" people are the ones you gotta be careful of. I'm gonna go cook and eat now. Catch you later!

If it weren't for Jesus there would be a Go Fund Me page to pay for my bail and legal fees. The wrong people are active in society. I got to go out tomorrow & Wednesday but I will stay home as much as I can. I pray the crisis is over soon.
