Hope you’re doing well and having a beautiful day?
My spirits are up today. Yay! Full moon is around the corner. I’m taking tomorrow off. Mental health wellness day off. I’m going to spend my morning watering and cheering and sweet talking to my plants. It’ll be a perfect weather to proof dough and bake some bread. Learn and study more. Try to meditate.. being grateful, loving, kind and accepting of myself and more trusting that no matter how exhausted and low and sore and alone and just wanting to not exist anymore there’s a good reason for it and it’ll pass, it’s the past.. don’t hold onto and try to re-live the past.. can’t change that. But I and everyone have all the power to choose a way to experience the present and change the path for a better future.
