I liked Bernie too, but I just feel that he is too old for the job. If he was 10, 20 years younger, he might have got more votes. I don't know.
Kasich is a well known asshole to the tenth degree. He loves to bitch out waitresses and make them miserable. He also stripped the Ohio budget of senior services and flipped the burden of real estate/school taxes/school budgets to home owners. The tax that paid school budgets was historically paid seventy percent by businesses and the state, now he made it paid seventy percent by home owners. Our real estate taxes are now ten thousand dollars a year, and we have been using our savings to pay for it in the five years he,s been in office. We saved that money for our old age, not to give big businesses a huge break. We're selling our house, and we won' get that fifty thousand back. That is his big idea of fiscal responsibility. Just shift it to the people, then go have a big fancy dinner and rag the help.
