At the beginning of the year. Pre Covid19. I booked a flight to see my Mum in September 2020. I paid in full for the return flight. Plus purchased insurance. Just in case. Then Virgin/Cheap tickets cancelled my flight. No problem I thought  as I'm covered. Applied  for my refund. Guess what they refused!!!! Saying that's not what insurance is for????
