Kelly Osbourne is engaged  to her beau Matthew Mosshart. FABULOUS. A perfect match. Plus he can cook. Wedding Bells to follow very soon.

In 2013 there will be wedding bells for  Eva Mendes & Ryan Gosling. Which is fabulous. On the other hand she needs to change her manager to get her career moving along.

Show how much she has grown up. He has had a brilliant effect on her. Wedding bells within 18 months.
