This is a fake photograph. The babies' photo is dropped into the photo of the Queen Bey.
Hopefully these tiny babies will 'get healthy' soon.

Beyonce is just being an artiste and creative. She's always being creative and loves showing how creative she is when really her creativity is real deep albeit in her videos, performances, and mother- child photos. No one understands her creativity. But that's Bey and her expressing herself. Honestly I think her baby sister,Solange, is better at being creative since it took years for her to find out who she was once she got out of her big sister's shadow. But hats off to Beyonce, her creativity, and her new babies.

Her body language says it is all about me, I don't want to hold these things. Thank you to quiet for pointing out the photo is old and the babies were photoshopped in.

There is no way her belly is that flat after giving birth one month ago, especially to twins. Her belly doesn't look right anyway.

As far as Beyonce being creative she has been sued multiple times for stealing parts of songs and entire songs. Her music videos and dance steps reek of plagiarism, which many people have pointed out. She even ripped off one of Madonna's videos. That takes balls.

She does have a tendency to steal video concepts from smaller artists you do know that right? No doubt she's creative and deep in how SHE PORTRAYS IT not saying it's not emotional. She seems very rigid to me and controlled in her persona. Her performance great but other than that not sure.

I thought there was something odd about the photo. Like it was a cut and paste job. She is very talented but is often accused of stealing choreography, music, and video ideas from lesser known artists but I guess that's "sampling".

She's not sampling, she is committing outright theft. She refused to give other people credit for their creations. Beyonce is an inarticulate high school drop out yet she expects us she is a creative genius. Sure.

So here's a photo of  Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart's  "Lovenest" How cute..... It also happens to be where Roberts dogs where staying while he was down under. So is he staying there due to her, or the dogs. Ermm. My bets on the dogs. Before long we'll see the moving vans. As he gets to the point of no return.
