To all our overseas friends: the elephant represents the Republican Party.

The context of the bills don't matter, and the fact that a bill could even have been created through bi-partisanship (a rarity in Congress/House) doesn't matter to them, so long as they get to undo any of Obama's legacy.
That's all they care about, and it's such a disgusting, if not, abusive approach to anything. This hatred that 45 has for 44 is unbelievable. It's scary.
