Eclipses ALWAYS signify trouble is coming.
No coincidence the eclipse is happening now. I refuse to go outside to go see it. Mark my words. Eclipses are bad mojo.

Some Jews teach that a lunar eclipse signifies trouble for Israel while a solar eclipse signifies trouble for the nations (everyone else).
There was much talk about the 4 blood moons occurring in one year. I think they fell on Jewish holy days. One year a lunar eclipse (I think there were 4 blood moons at the time) occurred before the Jews were kicked out of Spain.
Legitimate research on lunar eclipses and blood moons is interesting. I caution you to avoid John Hagee's book.
Also, I read Gore Vidal's novel "1876" a few years ago and back then the parallel was being drawn to the Bush election "victory" despite receiving fewer votes. The level of corruption displayed by the political elites in the novel was breathtaking, even more so when it wasn't created by an author's imagination.
I too, was outside during this past summer's eclipse -- it was an odd feeling, an odd day for sure. It almost felt surreal to me. Very strange visually and mentally. It's so hard to capture in words but never experienced anything like it.
I don't know about all this bad mojo stuff, I think in the past it was a mysterious and a scary episode for people. There wasn't scientists or NASA to explain these things, so generations back then had no choice but to think what was happening to be a negative occurrence. But who knows? The way things are going these days, it just might be a foretelling.
