2. Chick'sOpinion - The only legal way Fuhrer Trump can take our firearms is to declare the United States of America is under Martial Law. He just might do it. Please pray this does not happen. Under martial law, the US Constitution is suspended. We have no rights. If you are here as a visitor, trying to legally immigrate, or are here illegally if this happens then you had better get out yesterday.
3. Congress introduces bills. No branch of government can take away a Constitutional Right in the US. The Constitution can only be amended (changed) or suspended.
There are two ways to amend the Constitution. It is confusing but the simple explanation is either Congress has to agree to a change or a certain number of states call for a Constitutional Convention. That is not the full explanation, but as I stated the full explanation is confusing even with a flow chart.
