Who's claim to fame is his abs.........

This is the same girl,
who told young people to abstain.
Who now has an illegitimate child.

Logic and reason are dead. I have a degree in accounting. The United States tax code is a joke. Having said that, sending a person to prison for tax evasion is a joke. Why not collect the back taxes, penalties, and fees owed?
By sending someone to prison, tax money is used to house and care for the person. The person is not legally obligated to repay the state for the cost of their imprisonment. So not only is the government out the money the person owed to begin with, the government is out all the money spent to prosecute and house the person.
But that's not all.
Where is the person going to work once they are released? Who hires convicted criminals? If the person does not work, they cannot pay income tax. The person could end up becoming a burden on the state again.
