NBC News is jumping for joy and cackling with glee.
Today Donald Trump declared:
1. The government will be open for 1 days.
2. All furloughed workers will receive back pay as soon as possible.
3. Trump is still repeating himself, talking in circles, and selling fear.
So what brought this on? According to NBC News:
1. Nancy Pelosi didn't blink. Those are NBC's words, not mine.
2. A high ranking member of the FBI issued a statement against Trump.
3. Several thousand IRS workers called out of work saying they cannot afford gas to get to work.
4. Several air traffic controllers called out sick. The northeastern United States, including JFK Airport and LaGuardia Airport are experiencing severe problems as a result.
