ok enough of the negativity -it's TGIF! My gb Autumn just turned 4 and have a Mermaid w/ tail come over on Cino de Mayo and have a happy bday part for her. Super happy! Also- can't use Ariel since the cost to use Disney's character's is super pricey...I guess for the company that does this type of bday parties. You had a choice of Mermaid with land legs or Mermaid with tail.... hahahaha. thought that was funny.
I forget which issue of People magazine I read, a woman wrote about her experience with ECT and experimental treatments. The article reported researchers claim depression lives in the nerves and that is why physicians stimulate the Vegus nerve as treatment.
Depression is one act that is tough to treat if the person who has it doesn't want to be treated. I knew i had it after my dad passed away when I was in my early twenties and I sought help. I was lucky to have a partner- my son's dad- at the time that didn't ostracized me for seeking help. When my brother passed a few years ago, similar feelings came back and I recognize it immediately. Got counseling and I am much better for it. It's tough when you see a close family member that has all the signs for depression, think they can handle it on their own & refuses help.
