Mays ambition to be prime minister far outstripped her ability and her stubbornness and unwillingness to compromise or listen to anyone's opinions made her totally unsuitable to deal with Brexit. The parliamentary Conservative party are to blame for the Brexit fiasco, it is ludicrous for them to think they can put May behind them and build bridges to gain the public's trust.
