He has no clue about poverty. Being unable to pay this weeks rent.
Or. Unable to afford petrol in ya car to get to work. Or not enough change to buy bus/train fare.
This is a person who's probably never cleaned his own fukn car. Even once.
Nope. If anyone else out there has had contact with rich people through their job / or day to day life.
As i have regularly in mine.
You may have noticed what ive noticed. What the rich almost ALL have in common.
No f..cking empathy. The world exists only for them 'mentality'
You dont exist. Your needs dont exist for them. Others needs dont exist. They have no sense of community. Nor do they care.
I think Trump has the extreme version of that.
And not nearly enough understanding of ordinary life. To be able to run a huge country of people who are more often, not rich.
Well Trump may have been thrilled about a part of Golan Heights, Israel, being named after him by the Israelis the other day.
But he'll be less than thrilled about being named / remembered, as the idiot. Who nearly got the U.S involved in a bloody great War with Iran.
It will be remembered as the Fool's Fiasco by me. And he, The Prince of Whales.
Because of him, Qantas airlines...an Australian airline announced this afternoon, that they are changing their flight paths for the popular routes from Australia to London. That usually fly through Iranian airspace.
Why? Cause this idiot has been provoking a war for ages. And is having a tantrum over 1 destroyed U.S. Drone. Not nice. But no one died. So Who cares about it. Build another one.
And Im still very doubtful Iran were responsible for the attacks on those tankers in the Strait of Hormuz. And if so. Does it warrant a War?
You would hope not.
Cause yesterday, Sudan's military Council switched the internet off in Sudan.
Why?
Cause the protesters were annoying the goverment.
And the internet shut down made it too difficult for protestors to organise. And those who support, find out whats goin on.
Also, the ongoing global move away from short wave radio transmissions to FM radio tranmissions only. Or digital.
Is a bad idea for democracy.
Great idea for corrupt dictatorships though.
Because local FM frequencies can be shut down by the governing leader of the country.
Short wave radio transmission cant. It beams from another country.. supplying you with updates on whats happening. And can help you.
In effect. Thats how the Partisans and the French Resistance helped hugely, to bring down Hitler.
Receiving and giving Short Wave radio messages.
Its beamed from another country's radio tower.
So cannot be disabled by some power crazed dictator.
As it can happen with FM.
This actually happened on the remote Pacific island, Fiji. When that arsehole, self appointed leader, Frank Bainiramara seized power in 2009.
Why am i talking about this?
Well i live in the Pacific region where Asian countries and tiny Pacific Islands around us are often denied Press freedom. Lots of it.
And have limited unreliable access to the the internet.
We've gotta worry about the little guys folks out there in remote oceans.
It isnt ALL about the U.S, UK and Europe for me.
Its a fact in a crisis, Burma's Pro democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi called on Australia to make Short Wave information broadcasts to her people.
And apparently we did.
Also, Short wave radio communication was directly responsible for East Timor gaining independance (eventually) ...when Civil disturbance broke out.
East Timor is also a very close neighbouring country to Australia. And we helped restore peace, security and Humanintarian Aid to them in 1999.
When Indonesian Security Forces invaded and tried to seize power.
They murdered 1000's of innocent East Timorese.
It was shocking.
