I had a dream about Alexandra Grant. (Which in it's self is disturbing) This is what I saw in the dream. I SAW... Alexandra Grant is married. Not to Keanu Reeves. T he marriage took place around 9/10 years ago on the East coast of America. (Not New York City) I Saw She was in a very close relationship with this "Person" I See she was paid to do this... The person she is married to is of dubious character... This person has been "Away" for quite a while... (If you know what I mean) This person is threatening to return.. She will... To expose the marriage & other criminal behaviors they both had a part in. As I write this. Keanu Reeves & his team. Do not know of this. Alexandra, knows is still legally married. Iran attack: US troops targeted with ballistic missiles
At least two airbases housing US troops in Iraq have been hit by more than a dozen ballistic missiles, according to the US Department of Defence.
Iranian state TV says the attack is a retaliation after the country's top commander Qasem Soleimani was killed in a drone strike in Baghdad, on the orders of US President Donald Trump.
The Pentagon says at least two sites were attacked, in Irbil and Al-Asad.
It is unclear if there have been any casualties.

This is particularly a country problem.
People in Australian cities. Don't have to deal with it each year. Just hear about it.

And now we have adult Australian men who light fires. For fun.
Also, part of the problem.
Just it's generally a country problem. But not confined to it.

I have had quite a few almost burn down. Because of bushfire..
And it's really really distressing.
Most of all. It brings a surprising emotion. You actually have to let go.
And let go of it all. When it looks likely.
You have to leave it in the hands of God.
And the very experienced firefighters. And air support that comes with helicopters with more water.
And that plane that maybe drops fire retardant.
In that moment 'they' become God for you.
If Jeremy Clarkson had one clue what it's like to stand from a distance, from where your beautiful or humble house is...and watch all these brave people furiously save your house.
Then he'd shut his idiotic gob on the subject.
And have respect for those who courageously save our homes.
And those who died at their homes. Doing it themselves. Plenty have.
Also, does he not know we buried some Australian firefighters in the last week.
Generally bushfires are a waiting game. You find out later, if your house burned.
You find out. When the roads open again.
It's an anxious agonising wait. He knows nothing of.
Jeremy Clarkson also doesn't know. We work around the problem. Of Bushfires.
I slept in my work clothes at my stepdad's when I was evacuated from the Dudley, New South Wales bushfire.
And still went to work the next day.
Jeremy has no clue. That life goes on here. Even when your house, suburb is at risk. And a bushfire is on. It's that common for us.
He doesn't know ....Australians lose everything if the house goes. The kids school uniforms, family photos. And everything you need for everyday life.
You usually can't take furniture, only some household stuff.
If the wind changes unexpectedly, then you are warned you have limited time.
If you are a prepared early evacuater...you will already have a list. And a plan. And you go for as much as you can fit in the car.
My question is. Is God gonna burn Jeremy Clarkson's house down?
To give him the ability for empathy.
And someone needs to inform him of the wounds that are still raw here in Australia.
In 2009, a fire raged through part of the State of Victoria. In Kinglake, Whittlesea and the surrounding area.
Most people in Kinglake and Whittlesea died in that bushfire. 120 of them. But a total of 170 died, if you include the surrounding areas. And that bushfire left 50 orphaned children, overnight.
In Australia we remember it as Black Saturday.
It was caused by the spark of an electrical line fault.
Perhaps it's time God torched Jeremy Ckarkson's house.
And all his much loved cars.
Cause does he not know either, we often lose our cars, tractors... in the bushfires too.
Most families who evacuate, want to be together in one car when they go.
And theres plenty of stories of them dying together doing it.

I learned from the doco. That what's causing the high homelessness in some states. Is because U.S landlords have access to a public database of everyone's tenacy history.
And it doesn't matter if you were late on your rent by under $300. fifteen years ago. A landlord won't choose you. To rent his/her place.
Not only that, it appears in some States, landlords are allowed to proceed with evictions if the rent is only 1 week behind in arrears.
That's insanely wrong. And unjust.
And there doesn't seem to be any recourse to a Rental Tribunal for this.
Just the sherrif arrives with landlord. And changes the locks.
So wrong.
Anyway, in the documentary. It claimed this causes the level of homelessness in the U.S.
And how ordinary Americans are living... sleeping in their cars. In parking lots.
They go to work.
And come home and sleep in their car.
This is part 1 of 2:

That is somewhat accurate. Evictions are notated in a person’s credit report. If a landlord secured an eviction via court order then that is public record. Potential renters are asked if they have ever been evicted, so if a potential landlord finds out an applicant lied then the application will not and should not be approved. ESPECIALLY when government funds are being used to subsidize the rent. The landlord can not legally rent to someone who has been evicted.

True. Again, if government funds are subsidizing the rent then the landlord cannot legally approve the rental applicant. Also, evictions speak to character. Being late on rent is not the only legal reason to evict someone. Illegal activity in the home, deliberate destruction of property, not notifying landlord that the home needs repairs & maintenance, frequent police visits, and a multitude of other reasons are grounds for eviction. Some people bring it on themselves and deserve it. In public housing, a person can be fined or evicted because of their guest’s actions. See #3 for more information.

I disagree. The renter & landlord agree to this when they sign the lease. Being late on rent is a violation of a legal contract. Now I will tie this in with #2. People know if they are going to be late with rent. Most landlords will work with you if you come to them before the rent payment is due. People need to read their lease/rental agreements. Some agreements allow late payments but the renter must pay late charges and fees. Depending on the contract, this can be at the discretion of the landlord. I’ll tell you what some people in the ‘hood do. If they know they are gonna be late and have no intention of staying, they move out before the landlord goes to court. If the court finds in favor of the landlord not only does the renter have an eviction on their record they have to reimburse the court costs to the landlord.
If you know you can’t pay, don’t stay.

That is not true. For an eviction to be legal the landlord must take the renter to court and have the court find in their favor. If this happens the county sheriff places a sign in the rental unit’s door and a weird lock is placed on the doors. Sometimes landlords change the locks ASAP after the judgement. If the renter has any property inside the home at the time the sheriff shows up then they are $hit out of luck because the landlord has legal authority to remove the property. Landlord can sell items to collect back rent & court fees or throw the items into the trash.
Some renters don’t bother to show up to court after having been given proper notice. This is a mistake as the landlord can request a summary judgement. Some renters can actually win their case. But that would be a long post. I recommend watching The People’s Court with Judge Marilyn Milian.

This is misleading. Some people are homeless because they cannot afford a room, let alone a home. Some people are homeless because there is no housing available. In my hometown we have a ton of families living in low-rent hotels because that is all they can find. Some people are homeless because they are mentally ill.
Some people are homeless because they have a prison record, which prevents them from qualifying for government aid. Even if the person doesn’t need such aid, few landlords will rent to them. Some people are homeless because they are runaways. Some people would rather be homeless than rent from a slumlord. Some people are homeless because they don’t want to live in public housing. Some people are homeless because they don’t know they qualify for help. Some people choose to be homeless and like how they live. I am serious.

Yes. And some of them have children. Some of these people have decent paying jobs but they live in an area that has astronomical housing costs. Check out the real estate crisis in California. A lot of the homeless are public school teachers!

I’m glad you said this. Government statistics show the majority of people receiving food stamps are white adults who actually have jobs. If you have a job but still truly need food stamps then something is wrong with society.

Homelessmess is not a big problem in Australia. Like other countries. And you are not locked out of the rental market like that. And even if you are, that would make you eligible for to go on the Public Housing Wait List.
