HRH TW - our prat of a Foreign Secretary is likely to deputise for Boris while he’s in hospital. The NHS is our jewel so basically loads of businesses are offering their services. Some supermarkets are giving them a special hour to do their shopping. It is a very stressful job but even more so at the minute. Not all NHS workers are not being tested - typing this furiously due to the shortage in tests. I was chatting to someone earlier who has some symptoms but not all of them and is being asked to go in. I just want to cry for her, for them and all the doctors and nurses around the world.xo

That high high heels are no longer possible. As they are just a form of torture.
Anyway I walked in to cousin's for a vist. Wearing them.
Her eyes darted immediately to my shoes.
So I said, 'Do ya like them, they're new?'
She goes, 'no no no they're also granny shoes, the style'
So. Through my dear crazy blunt Taurean cousin. And also my daughter. I'm wearing clothes approriate to my age today.
My daughter told me recently....get Birkenstock sandals. They are the fashion. I didn't even know that.
Family bring different gifts. The thing is ....we've gotta see the gifts.

Chick's Opimion and TW, I bought my first pair of Birkenstocks 2 years ago. They are a very popular shoe during the summer months.
I think they are some of the UGLIEST shoes I've ever seen, ever worn. Not girly, not feminine, not pretty --- Just plain ugly and mannish shoes, er, sandals.
BUT, they are soooooo comfortable (once you break them in). I have only worn them in the house but people love these shoes for walking when travelling. I refuse to wear them outside the house, but maybe someday.
I had to laugh TW, that lesbians wear these shoes. I think you are right! Another reason not to wear them outside! Ha Ha
I think they are German-made. No wonder they are so masculine and mannish looking. I don't mind men wearing them, but I still think they are ugly sandals.
I love heels, but only wear them for special occasions or going out for dinner. For work, I wear Clarks shoes. They have really nice comfy heels, suitable for an office environment, and I love their loafers too. You got to be comfortable. I'm not going to wear dress-up high-heeled shoes to go to the office.
Even Miss Markle was starting to suffer wearing all those high heels. She has big bunions. LOL!!!!!!

Shocking he was/is in Intensive Care.
Intensive Care is Hell.
If you have had to visit that unit. And watch someone die there. Or barely survive.
It's like visiting hell.
Mainly because the other patients die on a regular basis.
Each day. You go in. Someones missing.
Oftrn not gobe back to the ward. Dead.
And the wives ...families are hysterically upset.
When they visit.
Religious ministers visit. From all denominations. And do Last Rites.
When I was there one day. A Greek Orthodox Minister arrived in his black outfit. And tall black hat.
The police come. To force patients who won't get up and mobilise. To get up. Apparently medical staff have legal limits with 'use of force'.
And people / family cry in the waiting area. Share their deep pain with you. While you try and hold it together yourself.
It's a wonder people in Intensive Care don't die of the sadness and fear energy there.
Is that pissible?

Chicks, Boris is stable but still in the ICU. I have had close family there a few times in the last few years and it brought everything back. Regardless of politics - I was very upset to hear he was so ill and also felt for Carrie his pregnant fiancée who is 7 months pregnant and has cov 19 symptoms so can’t see him or visit. They live together at no 11 but the moment he had to self isolate and she had to move for her own health and the baby. Boris’s food was left outside his room door. I heard about ten days he was more ill than was reported.

There will be some kind of permanent damage to his health. Also..That he wasn't in great shape prior to the infection. Because he drinks too much.
And he may have to step down.

Did Dominic Raab join the Foreign Office years ago, just so he could try war criminals. And lock them up. Or get them sentenced to death. Because of his father's terrible experience with the Nazis?
