Lori Loughlin And Mossimo Giannulli Will Finally Plead Guilty, And Have Agreed To Serving Prison Time

NBC News says that Lori has agreed to plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud. Mossimo will plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud and honest services wire and mail fraud. Lori’s punishment deal includes two months in prison, a $150,000 fine, two years of probation, and 100 hours of community service. Mossimo’s punishment deal includes five months in prison, a $250,000 fine, two years of probation, and 250 hours of community service. U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling said this about the deal:
“Under the plea agreements filed today, these defendants will serve prison terms reflecting their respective roles in a conspiracy to corrupt the college admissions process and which are consistent with prior sentences in this case. We will continue to pursue accountability for undermining the integrity of college admissions.”
If they didn’t take a plea and tried their luck at trial, they were each facing over 40 years in the clink. They will formally plead guilty in front of a judge tomorrow morning and then the judge will just have to sign off on the deal.

“As part of the couple's plea agreement Loughlin, 55, has agreed to a sentence of two months in prison, a $150,000 fine, and two years of supervised release with 100 hours of community service.
Giannulli, 56, has agreed to a five-month sentence in prison, a $250,000 fine, and two years of supervised release with 250 hours of community service.
Even though Loughlin and prosecutors agreed on a sentence to recommend, the judge isn't bound by that and can hand down a sentence that's shorter or longer.
A plea hearing has been set for Friday at 11:30 am EST. They will be sentenced at a date to be determined by the court.”

They offered the deal of her paying 150k and he paying 250k and the time as well.
If this couple paid 500k just for a school certificate and entrance for her kid, i feel the fine they are offering combined is very little and only 400k, which is less than the 500k they paid in the scam for school entrance.
People like them should be punished where it will hurt them not to do this again which is their wallet. The fine should be at least 5X what they paid in the scam which is 2.5 million which is still pennies for them. They should both get 24 months mandatory no exceptions.
Hope the kids dont trash the house while they are locked away
