T he marriage took place around 9/10 years ago on the East coast of America. (Not New York City) I Saw She was in a very close relationship with this "Person" I See she was paid to do this... The person she is married to is of dubious character... This person has been "Away" for quite a while... (If you know what I mean) This person is threatening to return.. She will... To expose the marriage & other criminal behaviors they both had a part in. As I write this. Keanu Reeves & his team. Do not know of this. Alexandra, knows is still legally married. I did not read through the proposed law, but, if he is correct, he does raise a valid point.
Legal definition of lynching: “Lynching, a form of violence in which a mob, under the pretext of administering justice without trial, executes a presumed offender, often after inflicting torture and corporal mutilation. The term lynch law refers to a self-constituted court that imposes sentence on a person without due process of law.”

Senator Paul does not want to pass the legislation because he doesn’t like that the proposed law calls for people who attempt to lynch a person but only cause minor harm like a bruise or a small cut get a mandatory 10 years in prison.
Senator Paul is overlooking the following:
1) Some people who are convicted of committing non-violent crimes have received more time than this.
2) Some people convicted of ATTEMPTED murder get 10 years or more in prison.
3) Lynching is murder. If the victim survives then the perpetrators are guilty of attempted murder. Why should they not be charged with a crime and given prison time? I see. If you try to kill someone but they survive then you won’t be charged with a crime. Have a nice day while your victim deals with the aftermath!
4) People who survive attempted lynching (murder) will suffer long-term, if not permanent psychological damage. Why should the people who tried to kill them live free in society?
That the proposed law was also dealing with attempted lynchings somehow just didn’t register with me. So sorry. Now I understand where you’re coming from and totally agree. Thank you.
