I believe this because Kamala made a Freudian slip, saying "The Harris Administration" on live TV a few days ago. I posted the link previously.
And that they will totally reverse their current image as 'environmentally destructive'.

This week China reformed it's Climate Targets. And have committed to Carbon Neutrality by 2060.
What's even better, Joe Biden has pledged to re-join the International Climate Change Agreement if he wins.
Mother earth and American animals will indeed breathe a sigh of relief if Trump loses.
Because in his time in Office, he has reversed so many environmental protections. And American native animal protections. Ones that Nixon introduced long ago.

I dont like her either but I'm voting for Biden-Harris. I really wish Biden chose a different running mate. At least we dont have to worry about Biden & Harris putting children into cages and gassing a church.
