But WOW! Amelia is growing up and while I do think she looks gorgeous in this image, it's a "manufactured Hollywood beautification," which seemingly resembles all the Kardashians' plastic surgeon's handiwork.

As far as Mr. Scott Casanova goes, he must be very, very charming both in and out of the bedroom. He obviously likes really young girls, which is kind of creepy, at least to me. He dated Lionel Richie's youngest daughter and her Dad seemed to approve. Kim Jenner, has always stated that she liked Scott (not that that is really saying much), and now he's moved on to a young Hamlin.
Lisa Rinna, Amelia's famous Mom, best known for being cast in the Beverly Hills Housewives TV franchise series, probably sees it as "good publicity" for her daughter, and nothing more.
Kardashian women, say what you will, but they are beautiful, rich, and powerful.
