So is he staying there due to her, or the dogs. Ermm. My bets on the dogs. Before long we'll see the moving vans. As he gets to the point of no return. I’m glad your sister is eating! Sounds like she stopped because of the sore. I’m glad you found out the cause of the problem. I’m also glad she was able to clearly communicate her wishes to you.
As for the D, who is that person? If they are home health care, please get someone else. It sounds like they are hurting more than helping.
