around the 2:59 mark a child called Jodie was in the front passenger seat of a moving vehicle. She was not wearing a seatbelt. I do not know the child’s age, height and weight but I do know it is both unsafe & illegal for children under a certain age/weight/height to sit in the front seat of a moving vehicle. You can’t even have a car seat or booster seat in the front. It’s that unsafe. I pray Jodie is alive & safe.
