The art in the meme is spoofing a piece of artwork that is inside the Sistine Chapel.

It is mocking religion.

It’s okay to mock Christianity but it’s not okay to mock any other religion.

I am not saying Christian is mocking Christianity.

I am saying whomever created this meme did.
