Hi All.
 
Every Day I get emails asking for help.
Lately I have been receiving 
100's a day.
Too many to be able 
to reply to personally. 

People are feeling very stressed, worried, lost, stagnant, fearful....

So I though I would 
turn to our great community
to help.
 
Sometimes just writing 
down your issues helps. 

Therefore I thought.

Please feel free to write your
 issues, worries, fears.
In the comments.
Then others may be able to give you guidance.
Or just an ear...

I have been experiencing a lot of anxiety and I have sick relatives. Another relative was harmed in an environment that should have protected them.

No matter what we are going through, tell God about it. God has the remedy. Ask God to help you receive the remedies.

When I need help I think of the wisest person I know and I imagine what they'd tell me (usually I talk to their soul so I don't have to bother them in person) 🤣
If that doesn't work I ask myself what I'd tell someone coming to me with the same problem.
And if that doesn't help I get through one hour or one day at a time and congratulate myself just for surviving 😃
Most things eventually lessen or pass.
Testing experiences are how our souls grow.

Strength and love for Christian and for those who seek his wisdom 🙏🏻

Dear God,

Please give Christian wisdom, guidance and understanding so he can know who to personally reply to. Give him strength and energy to to his work. Surround him with your ministering angels and your love.

In Jesus’s name I pray.

HRH TW — I’m sorry you’re going through it; you just gave the most wise advice of all: tell God. It took me years and years to learn how to “let go and let God” - but once I did, I’ve now spent years in amazement & gratitude and how God has worked for me. There is a lot to be said for the comfort of animals if you are struggling with anxiety. They give us unconditional love, a reason to get up in the morning, never judge us and they stay loyal. If you have a dog you have to take them on walks and get outside. Someone will always stop and talk to you when you do. Rescue dogs are the best.

My love to all struggling with anxiety because I know how dark these days can be but the brighter days are just around the corner.

Animals such as cats and dogs give great relief when it comes to mental health. Stroking their fur and the cats purrr raises your vibration. Very comforting.

Gratitude erases negativity.

It’s very important of how you talk to yourself. Be accepting, kind, loving and a hug a day goes a long way. The universe always listens to you and there to help you if you allow it.

If you can, go into nature like a forest. Or a garden if you have. Universe gave us nature for a reason so enjoy it. They’re living creatures too. They too have energies and feelings. Breathe. Talk to it in your head. If you see a tree that you’re for some reason called to, give it a hug. Thank them. (But please, take your garbage with you and don’t damage them. It’s so heartbreaking and maddening to see garbage and torn branches for fun. Not sure how would those people feel if their limbs or hair were to ripped out for fun.)

Ground yourself first thing in the morning. Stand in grass bare feet if possible. You can look into the sun for couple of minutes as it rises. It’s still weak and it’s so good for you. Helps with your mental health, vision, thyroid function, hormones, skin function etc. Don’t stare longer than that or you’ll damage yourself. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing. With each exhalation imagine all the negative/bad stuff leaving your body, giving it back to Mother Earth. Now need to bring back balance. Once there’s none left, imagine all good stuff coming back to your body from Mother Earth. Thank her.

For the past few years, I’ve been experimenting job burnout. Feeling uninspired, unmotivated, and depressed about being so stuck trying to find my calling career wise. I’m trying to be grateful that I have a job, but it’s literally a struggle some days to get out of bed because of it. I’m hoping to find the right position for me soon. I’m so tired of feeling this way.

It is important to find a job you like. I found that by doing some voluntary work it led me to find work in something I hadn't considered before. Even a random conversation can be a sign that points you in the right direction.

TW I will say a prayer for you. I am hear to listen if you need me. I hope your mom is better.
I try to concentrate on the living and growing as my puppy Sugar is getting big.
I had a little set back with the bulging disk in my neck, but I have 3 whole rooms cleaned including refrigerators, freezers and closets. I am painting the hall then moving on to upstairs! I can only do a little at a time. My sister is gone 6 months end of the month. So one day at a time....sometimes it a moment, a minute, hour, day at a time...but take a little step forward it helps. I am always hear to listen. I will say a prayer for all of you my friends.

I ask for healing , complete healing.
These past 15mths I have severe anxiety, frightened for hours every day - crippled thinking about my future which my anxious mind reads as being alone, no friends, 2 siblings there but my anxiety doesn’t let me feel any comfort they’ll take me in . That I’ll grow older & ill-er alone with no children if my own to take me to hospital, help me out. I don’t have any friendships , spend too long alone & time with Mum (now passed). Anxiety is high daily - my dad has been caring for me - I am grateful yet this anxiety has spread into my mental head space. Frightened I will be financially unable to make ends meet- retirement homes are expensive. There’s so much fear because of how my mind sees future as only loss , illness, financial debts & burden. I am holding on to my job with fingernails. Management now noticing how unwell & anxious I am. Tho I try. I’m on a med that helps me get some sleep. In summary, my brain sees my life ahead as alone, no potential of 1-2 reliable friends as I haven’t managed to form these tho I have been a loving happy friend to many.
I pray for healing , for positive things to show themselves in my life. How I am is like a frightened being. Only in late eve I get 2-3hrs calm . Then nxt day it starts again. This is the worst period of my life. I’m reaching out for healing broken soul.

Dear Grace

the first thing I thought was
don’t give up - don’t give up
when you have a dream, when
you want to change your life

just this week a friend told me
that after years of hopeless
struggle - she suddenly find
a new and better job

maybe it’s a different field,
or less money, or it needs
a transition period where
you do two things parallel

don’t give up -
to look for new options,
to create new options, in
which change can happen

talking to people about it,
seeing random posters -
let you intuitively guide
to new places and actions

create spaces in everyday life
where you can feel comfortable
where you are with you and
where you feel hold in your faith

believe firmly in yourself
and in your dream -
then the angels can help you

I wish you very much to find
a place where you can feel
comfortable and where you
be with people like you. ❤️

I thank you for your prayers! I am glad you are able to do some work. The book of Lamentations teaches us that life goes on even in the most dire circumstances.

Dear God,

I take power and authority given to me by Jesus and Holy Spirit to speak healing and comfort into teacher Wendy’s body and mind. It is done. Amen.

I too suffer from anxiety. It helps to sit in a dark room and think about nothing for at least 15 minutes. If you get a thought, imagine leaves on a stream and put the thought on a leaf so it can float away. I also add that Jesus Christ gives us hope for the future. Pray to God in Jesus’s name. Jesus said we can give all our anxieties to him.

Dear God,

Please help our friend LH keep her job and maintain healthy relationships. In the name of Jesus and by the power of Holy Spirit I command peace, love, prosperity, and safety into LH’s mind, body, relationships, and life. It is done. Amen.

I wonder if cognitive behavioural therapy might be something worth considering for your anxiety. Things have a way of working out for the best in the end my friend so make sure you eat well and get enough sleep. 🙏

Not sure if you believe in crystals & stones and their powers. I just learned from Adam Barralet about a wonderful Kambaba stone (Kambaba Jasper)(green stone with black eyes). A stabilizer, a supreme nurturer, a grounding stone. Excellent to connect you with Mother Nature, helps with anxiety, stress and to deal with emotional shock. Helps to maintain health, harmony and balance. Love to you all ♥️

Thank you MH for telling us about the stones. The High Priest’s breastplate had stones and New Jerusalem has pearls & stones. I believe they are functional, not just meant for beauty.

to look for therapeutic help
to work on the source of fear
and how to deal with it

maybe antidepressant or
St John’s wort are also useful
in order that you feel more
stabil inside you again

central to dealing with fear is
that you experience your own
strength and effectiveness !
against fear

important is to divert your
attention away from the
catastrophic thoughts, like TW
there each one finds his own way

put together a box with
everything that helps you

exercise or running outside
or gymnastics with a video
so that you feel the power
in your body again

music or listen to an audiobook
painting mandala, making
phone calls or a soothing bath

a soundbox with natural sounds
or meditations to fall asleep -
whatever helps you

conquer your world back -
everything else comes later

maybe spiritual readings also

TW, Cordelia, Starlight- thank you for your advice. Yes really tried CBT with counsellor for year- still have issues & but can go to work, shop a little. Yes have med -anti depressant. I have lost who I was & struggle to find true meaning in life- tho I realise that sounds ungrateful & so many suffering. These fears & anxiety go away I will be that person to be in gratitude & be better.
I sincerely feel healing circle helps . Healing prayers for all readers here 🙏🙏🏼🙏🏾🙏🏿💝
