This is a fun riddle! So your hint is one or both of them may be dating - just not each other! There was a blind item about Kate I think that alluded to her throwing this gossip bone out there just to keep her name in the news.

Brad did go with another man on a vacation over Thanksgiving. Would you put your boots under his bed, CD? He's missing a sensitivity chip. And has to be thrown into the shower first. Smokes afterwards. Moisturizes at night. Wears an eye mask in bed. Other than that, it's Brad F. N. Pitt! On the loose, with a broken heart.

So here's a photo of  Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart's  "Lovenest" How cute..... It also happens to be where Roberts dogs where staying while he was down under. So is he staying there due to her, or the dogs. Ermm. My bets on the dogs. Before long we'll see the moving vans. As he gets to the point of no return.
