That's not a recent photo of Selena. It's a screen capture from a movie she did years ago called Spring Breakers. It's very easy to google and see for yourself.
Although, I don't think it was Christian's intention to imply that this was a recent photo.
Anyway, she does need help.
I think maybe Christian used the photo to give us a clue to the problem. He could be seeing she is drinking, did not want to say that outright so used the photo. If she is not drinking he could have easily used a different photo.
But the truth is she paid an enormous price... with her health!
And now, perhaps with her LIFE!!!! Exclamation mark!
If she hadn't met Beiber, she probably wouldn't be in the situation that she is, and probably wouldn't need rehab again and again.
Beiber is not healthy for Selena or any other young female.
