And while Trump thinks he is the one demilitarising North Korea. The Chinese and South Koreans work hard at it. Trump may be the one who finally said, ‘we ain’t paying Kim Jon Un anymore money to stop him settin off nuclear tests’. But it will be China who ultimately bring down the North Korean Regime. The Chinese know it’s gotta end. But they will do it their way. When they are ready. Regional domination is the end goal for China generally. You only have to consider how the Chinese have managed the Doklam Plateau, their border with India. They will reinforce their border big time, if they feel threatened. By anyone.

The Chinese are definitely threatening the indo-pacific region. For dominance. But North Korea is ‘small fry’ for them. Easily overtaken. Easily brought down. And they won’t be dictated to by Trump.
