It’s a fact. People in the US are increasingly not lookin to government to solve their own problems. Cause if you think about the Occupy Wall Street Movement and the crash...There is not a lot of trust in ‘the market’ that Donald Trump is trying to restore. The public have learned, it’s not mutually beneficial. Cause If ‘the market’ fails, it’s the little guy who loses. Everything, Every time.
Universalism has arrived. The politics of human rights. Does Trump know that. I think only a little bit. And he’s basing the restoration of the U.S on money and the economy . He thinks money addresses issues of all inequality. It doesn’t entirely. It’s more complex than that. People these days are lookin for deeper things today.
