Unenforceable. Mmmm. None of them should be enforceable I think. Btw, I agree too, with what you said about divorce laws, they only exist to keep lawyers fees rollin in. At ridiculous levels. No wonder the successful ones are so rich. And mum and dad divorce clients, see everything they’ve ever worked for in savings go down the Swanee River into the banks accounts of law firms for fees. And when the kids grow up, there’s often no inheritance. Why ? cause the lawyers got it, when they were kids.
I never liked McCain but at least he didn't dodge the draft and talk out of both sides of his mouth.
