Friends, there are cameras everywhere. Big Brother is not just in America.
The neighbor that caught this on their security camera needs to demand more money.
"Raper" is a common surname in my area too.
"Lynch" is also a common surname in the African American (black) community in my area. Lucky for me my family is not from here.
