The neighbor that caught this on their security camera needs to demand more money.

I know the name "Dick" is short for the name "Richard" but still...

"Raper" is a common surname in my area too.


"Lynch" is also a common surname in the African American (black) community in my area. Lucky for me my family is not from here.
