I wonder if he was a social drinker that became addicted to alcohol or if he is drinking a memory away.

Any type of addiction is a tragedy especially when you refuse to practice sobriety. He's rich, he could afford to stay in a treatment center for as long as needed -- and that's what he needs to do. Short stints, 3 months, is not enough for hard-core addictions.

I really really really do pray that he gets into treatment (again) and that it sticks.

Have you noticed how much this guy has aged over the last 10 years? Compare that with his buddy Matt Damon, Matt looks great.

He's such a mess. I feel sorry for his kids. I guess he will also have a young "girlfriend" again like he did last year.

Oh my goodness .. I honestly did not recognise him, the only way I knew this person@s identity was through the tags Christian added to the blog post. This goes beyond social drinking if it and I agree with TW in that he is 'drinking' away something. Before he gets better he has to deal with the causes of why he is drinking.

My heart goes out to his children.

His father was an alcoholic but has been sober for years. I'm sure genetics play a part in it.
