In my opinion, Nama June is a child abuse victim who was so badly traumatized she thinks that kind of abuse is normal. She wouldn’t even get her own child help when she came forward. I had no idea about Green tea! I read Asians have a higher rate of esophageal cancer. The theory is that it’s due to drinking their tea too hot or because they put milk in their tea. Now I’m starting to wonder.

People drink it to lose weight. It gives you energy & makes you pee a lot. Anything that makes you pee will affect your kidneys. That’s why herbal remedies used to treat the kidneys should not be taken longer than 6 weeks.
Also, I think Ginseng is 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. The problem with ginseng is that it should not be injected if you take medicine of any kind. That’s all I remember.
