Hi Everyone, sorry I have been absent. I go to physical therapy 2 times a week, chiropractor 1 times a week, and getting cold laser treatments to help with a buldging disk in my neck from moving my sister. I donated my sister's medical equipement, some clothes and am dealing with an explosive niece that has made my life hell. Tomorrow will be 2 months my sister has been gone. I miss her so much!
