On Monday Jerry Brown,
was sworn in as 
California's new 
Governor.
For the second time......
Last time was nearly 
30 years ago.....
Let's hope he's 
learned "something"
in the mean time.
Mind you he can't be any worse 
than the last one.
Let's hope Arnie will never be back........
