This is the first I heard about the tapes. Latoya has maintained Papa Joe abused her. I would not be surprised if he sexually abused all the children. Janet's first husband hinted at a sexual relationship between Michael and Janet. Scott Thorson made his claims to The National Enquirer years ago and passed multiple lie detector tests. T. W.
