Christian has always commented on world events alongside celebrity news, and politics are absolutely under the umbrella of world events.
Where do you live where you can honestly turn a blind eye or disengage from to the plights that are happening at this time?
Authoritarians/Totalitarians wants you to be disengaged from what's going on in politics so they can get away with their plans.
You may not be a Trump supporter, but you're exhaustion of seeing politics (who isn't honestly?), helps Trump.

For generations people have believed that the end time would be in their time. I believe we could have a war, but I don't think this is the end time. Even if we all blow up in smoke, I still don't believe this is the end time in the Bible. History follows cycles, and to those who do not know history it will be repeated.
I believe all religions have merit as they help others to find "their God". One religion, at least to me, doesn't have all the answers, and I speak from a childhood which was well versed in Christianity and was "saved" at a young age.
