Complete a complaint form to the Attorney General of your state. The more people who do this, the more attention the scammers will get.
Do not answer the telephone within 4 rings. Let voicemail take it and then delete it. I am one of the few who still has a landline so I've set my phone to pick up after 6 rings. Telemarketers will hang up on the 4th ring.

Do not answer this number. If you do they will call several times a day for days on end. Internet claims it is a Verizon landline number.
You can go to donotcall.gov and register. People like this manage to call but the government is more likely to do something about your complaint if you are registered.
People are reporting the callers also make sexual comments and they know your name. One man said the caller asked for his wife by name. Husband asked what they wanted and caller said he was going to fk the man's wife.
