Apparently Steve Harvey wrote a memo to his staff to avoid his dressing room. The memo is a joke. Why do guys like him think they are the only reason they are successful. They have a team behind them! And they would get more from their staff by being a better boss!

Well one part of book I find to be true for me is the 3 month waiting period before having sex. The guy wanting the a women's cookie I believe there is truth to that. I find it funny how I can go through my own shit and still help people with their problems. Sometimes helping others with advice I find my own answers. It's like answering my own questions lmao, but yeah sucks about Steve Harvey you gotta have a really big ego. Oh well. Cd, do half of these celebrities even realize they get in their own way? What's your perspective on it? By the way when u said 'big changes soon' does that tend to take a few months to year or more? Or do I cause it to take longer as well?
