was convicted of 19 offences relating to 12 victims. But has been linked to many more crimes.
However the parole board in the UK.
Have decided to release him...

Will be responsible for the next set of offences...."

That man looks crazy.

I would rather see OJ Simpson set free than this guy. At least OJ "stole" his own property. John Worboys stole lives.

Our justice system here in the UK is pathetic. He should be kept behind bars for the rest of his life. He has ruined all those lives and they want to release him. It really makes my blood boil with fury

This vile excuse for a human being otherwise known as the ‘black cab rapist’ makes my flesh crawl .. I’ve signed a petition asking to reverse the parole boards decision .. given the public outcry in regards to the decision to release him on parole, I most certainly hope it is reversed.
