I think she has been in rehab several times.

Yeah it seems she was having a full on argument with her current boyfriend and her brother called the cops to her home. It appears she has an anxiety disorder. And takes medication for it. It’s very sad. She was one of the most beautiful women in the world when I was growing up. She made the cover of a magazine as ‘the most beautiful person in the world’ in 1994. But really her acting career thru 80’s and 90’s was successful because Aaron Spelling cast her in a lot. She married Ritchie Sambora. But split was very nasty. I think it’s very very hard for people with exceptional good looks to get old. A lot jus don’t cope with that. She comes from a upper middle class background. Good education. Seems to have had every advantage in life. It’s gotta be bad if your brother ring the cops.
