Cause Prince Phillip was very good looking as a young man. So I doubt he didn’t play the field a bit. Pretty disrespectful though. How many men manage to marry a Queen. And she rescued him from very difficult circumstances. The Greek Royal family, which he is a part of. Was abolished in 1967.
Plus, Prince Phillips family is teeming with Nazi connections. Cause his stupid sisters married Nazis. Not sayin he supported that. I just think, from my research the Queen was beguiled by Prince Phillips good looks.
And that scheming turd, Lord Louis Mountbatten, Prince Phillip’s father Figure, sneakily arranged Prince Phillips meeting with Elizabeth. Why? cause he wanted Prince Phillip to marry her. And get power thru prince Phillips royal marriage.
I’m rather pleased the IRA blew Lord Louis Mountbatten in 1979.
Lady Mountbatten would have been too old for Prince Phillip tho. But she was a prolific tart.
When he was out Lobster fishing.
He was the one, a very young Prince Charles went to for advice + guidance. That’s like gettin advice from a Redback spider. Yes, Lord Louis Mountbatten caught Lobsters. Human ones. And manipulated them into his spiderweb plans and goals.
Prince Charles cried for a week over his death. Actually it was the best thing to happen to Prince Charles.
I will admit some of his comments have made me laugh.
I also have thought some of Prince Phillip’s witty to the point of tactless, remarks, really funny. He always reminds me of Monty Python’s Upper Class Twit of The Year. But in a good way
Apparently he was incensed by all the old fashioned, outdated Royal Routines. When he first came to live in Royal palaces. As an ex admiral. The 1st thing he installed was intercoms. And got rid of most of the notes on silver platters carried by servants. He also seems to have fights with the Queen over too many bloody Corgis.
He’s always seemed very frustrated in his role. He had to give up his whole Navy career to become husband to the Queen.
Personally, I think he now has dementia.
I’d never heard of prince Phillip running on a rampage here in Australia. Thanks for sharing that. I will research it.

I honestly think he married Elizabeth pn the understanding that he was going to be made King and that he would have an equal say in all matters .. I think it was a genuine shock to him when that did not turn out to be the case.

Mmmm, I didn’t know that manipulative turd Mountbatten was Uncle to Prince Phillip. No wonder he schemed to move Prince Phillip into the position. To see if he could create a union between him and the Queen.
And I agree with you too. Prince Phillip would have discovered to his horror. That there were limits on how much he could have dominated in Royal decisions when he married the Queen. The courtiers would have let him know early,
That he wasnt running the palaces. They were. As they always had.
I also think it would have probably good for the Queen and Prince Phillips marriage that Mounbatten was murdered. And good for English politics.
And I also think Mountbatten would have interfered no end in Prince Charles and Diana’s marriage. Didn’t get a chance. Good.
If he had not died I sincerely doubt Charles would have married Diana as he would have married the woman Mountbatten wanted him to marry.
