Hi CD, all kicking off here in the UK. Our Government ministers are in Contempt of Parliament. Is this latest development going to be the end of the Tory Government?

The crime in London is well out of control and the police cannot handle it. They're blaming the mayor Sadiq Khan. But our government CUT the police force and aren't tough enough on sentences. It's an absolute mess. And my prayers go to the people in France and hope it does not happen here!!

Hi T.W, the UK Government refused to publish the full legal underpinnings of the Brexit plan and so it went to vote and the Government lost and foubd in Contempt of Parliament. This means they now have to publish the papers and not only this, but another vote yesterday was for an amendment that if Theresa May’s Brexit deal is voted down next week, Members of Parliment (MPs) will be able to take control over Brexit. I believe those are the main outcomes from yesterday. I hope that helps x

Hi Gemstone77!

Let me see if I understand. Theresa May and her supporters needed to submit a report showing the legal ramifications of Brexit. Since this was not done, they are given another chance to submit the documents. If May's Brexit plan is voted against then British Parliament can decide what to do concerning Brexit.
