In fact these energy efficient light bulbs he hates....as far back 2007 were being phased in. And old incandescent lights were being phased out with Presidwnt George W Bush. He kicked this off originally. As a regulation.

I don’t like the new light bulbs either. You can’t trash them because they are toxic. Some communities refuse to pick them up for disposal. My community doesn’t but we get in trouble for putting those bulbs in the trash.
