A Conservative victory. And the UK will now leave the EU in January.
And the UK's complex relationship with the EU will begin to be unravelled.
The main difficulties will be with the customs relationships.
And withdrawing from the EU single market.
This is predicted to take about a year.
Boris Johnson may be quite smug with his victory today.
But he's the one who now has to navigate the UK into prosperity after his big idea about the UK leaving the EU.
He's already done it stupidly.
Without much preparation.
Very little debate has been allowed on what kind of terms the UK leaves the EU on.
He's an all round fukn idiot if you ask me.
And a shameless media manipulator.
So. The UK people who didn't support leaving the UK will get an opportunity to critise his idea.
If this doesn't work.
Well, overall, the road to the 'Decree Nisi' part of the divorce from the EU. Is paved with problems.
That the public are going to whinge and moan about.
Endlessly. At him.
And Boris Johnson is going to have to listen to them all. Respond to all of it.
In the end. The one thing the UK public are not gonna whinge and moan about.
Is the the newfound National Security. They get out of this.
Its not a case of entirly closing their border.
But Brexit will give them the nearest thing close to that.....than they've had in years.
Control over rat bags, terrorists, organised crime criminals and a whole range of undesirables the UK can do well without....getting into their country.
Keeping out bad Europeans... to be precise.
What happens though with the Irish border influences the success of these newly closed borders.
Because 'undesirables' may end up slipping very easily into the UK via Ireland.
If there is no hard border in Northern Ireland.
Well. I will be looking into what happens with that.
Not just for an interest in whether Boris delivers a re-newed strong national security. As loosely promised.
But whether the IRA attacks the Irish border after Brexit.
Ominously, they have already stated to the media they will.
See. You can solve one problem. And create another.
The Tories are now going after the NHS.
And a destructiom of universial health care in the UK.
We shouldnt be surprised.
