It's claimed that Boris Johnson is on a campaign to get rid of the UK's deep state.

Really?

I thought he was the deep state.

I guess his plans for dismantling alot of the UK's Civil Service is how he got this reputation.

Of swamp drainer.

His co offender in this attack on the UK's Civil Service and traditional institutions, is villainous Dominic Cummings.

And Dominic Cummings could be accurately described as the UK's Steve Bannon.

Priti Patel is another one of Boris Johnsom's rude ruthless ambitious villains.

Well. Those who currently work in the UK Civil Service, who Dominic Cummings deems not good enough at Maths or Science.

Will be booted out. In future.

And then will come the law suits.

One is already coming to the Home Office.

A sacked Home Office worker named Phillip Rutnam claims he's suing.

And further...he claims Priti Patel and her shark infested teeth drove him out.

Well Christian predicted Priti Patel is on a one way road to Karma.

Can't wait.

And Dominic Cummings next I hope.

Seems U.S Immigration Officials are not that interested in details.

When they are deporting migrants who have been permanent residents of the U.S since being young.
But have now committed crimes in the U.S. as adults.

Or children in some cases.

Once U.S Immigration have issued an Emergency Travel Certificate (ETC) to an Embassy....that Immigration beleives is the offender's country.

Off they go. Asap

Regardless of whether the offender insists they are being sent back to the wrong country.

U.S Immigration couldnt care less.

Last August 2 black Americans were deported to Sierra Leone. For committing crimes in the U.S.

The problem is ....they are originally from the Carribean.

Not Sierra Leone.

U.S Immigration refused the Embassy's request for fact cross checking. To establish their real identity.

Embassies in the U.S are now under pressure from the State Department and The Dept of Homeland Security. To accept these depotation arrangements.

I don't argue with the deportation of criminals and cancelling their passports and visas.

Australia does it to criminals here all the time. But I think it's very very wrong. To fail to return them to the country they originated from.

Imagine the problems. Not to mention the fact they can't speak the language.

And let's look at how a relatively small and common offence can get you deported from the U.S forever.

In 2018 a man called, Saren Idaho was arrested and jailed for drunk driving.

He had been living in the U.S for 28 years.

His kids and wife are still in the U.S....in South Carolina.

His wife is an American citizen.

Makes no difference.

He went straight from jail to deportation.

He will never be able to re-enter the U.S.

My advice would be definately get an Immigration lawyer.

But fact is...they don't come for free.
Expensive.

All round. Migrants who came to the U.S on settlement visas for permanent residency. A long long time ago. Or recently.

Really need to watch their step.

Because the new U.S policies have their almost immediate expulsion in their sights.

The moment they slip up legally.

However small.

1) Haven’t you heard? All black people are from a Africa, that’s why no one bothered to check if those immigrants came from somewhere else. But seriously, this is disgusting.

2) Permanent residency (green card) is not the same as a naturalized citizen. Permanent residents are not US citizens so if they commit a crime on US soil they lose their residency status & are deported.

Here’s more information about it:

A lawful permanent resident is someone who has been granted the right to live in the United States indefinitely. Permanent residents are given what’s known as a “green card,” which is a photo ID card that proves their status.

Permanent residence includes the right to work in the U.S. and to petition for close family members (spouse and unmarried children) to receive permanent residence and join you. However, your family members will be considered “preference relatives,” meaning that only a limited number of immigrant visas are available to such people per year, and a waiting list has thus developed. They are likely to spend at least five years on a waiting list before being allowed to enter or remain in the United States or get a green card.

Permanent residents remain the citizen of another country. So every time you travel outside the United States, you must carry the passport of that country with you, as well as your U.S. green card. You will use your green card to reenter the United States.

There are important limitations on lawful permanent residents’ rights, however. You do not have any rights to vote in U.S. elections, and can be prosecuted and lose your chance at U.S. citizenship if you do so.

If you leave the United States with the intention of making your home elsewhere, you will be considered to have abandoned your residence and given up your green card. Contrary to popular myth, you can abandon your residence in as little as one day. However, it’s true that immigration authorities will take a closer look if you spend more than six months outside the United States.

And if you spend more than a year outside the United States, the authorities will presume that you have abandoned your residence, and you will have an uphill battle convincing them otherwise. If you plan to leave the U.S. for a period exceeding 12 months, it’s a good idea to obtain a reentry permit first.

I am addressing Chick’sOpinion‘a comment because people have been misinformed about US immigration law. Again, I am not attacking her.

“In 2018 a man called, Saren Idaho was arrested and jailed for drunk driving. He had been living in the U.S for 28 years. His kids and wife are still in the U.S....in South Carolina. His wife is an American citizen. Makes no difference.”

She is correct. The wife & kids don’t get deported as they are US citizens.

“He went straight from jail to deportation.”

That is the way it works here. This is nothing new so no one can blame Trump for this.

“He will never be able to re-enter the U.S.”

Of course not. We don’t want criminals here.

“My advice would be definately get an Immigration lawyer.”

There is no point in getting an immigration lawyer if he is in fact guilty of said crime. What the US did us perfectly legal. What that man did was illegal. He knew he would be deported if he committed a crime. If he can prove his innocence he might want an attorney but it won’t do him any good.

“But fact is...they don't come for free. Expensive.”

This is true. Immigration attorneys can cost six figures.

“All round. Migrants who came to the U.S on settlement visas for permanent residency. A long long time ago. Or recently. Really need to watch their step.”

People should be careful all the time. No one should be breaking the law.

“Because the new U.S policies have their almost immediate expulsion in their sights. The moment they slip up legally. However small.”

This is not a new policy.
