It's called The Way Back.
It's a Sports Star drama. Or at least a former one.
Based on a high school basketball team.
What I find curious about this movie's subject. Is the lead that Ben Affleck plays, is a struggling alcoholic.
It's like art mirroring life. Hollywood life.
And I think that's good.
I was a big fan of Ben Affleck years back. Because he's so hot.
But also because he's just a good actor.
Perhaps this movie will help people understand the struggle Ben Affleck is going through with alcoholism.
Because there is a 'way back' from alcoholism.
Very very difficult.
But can be done.
My father never acheived it.
So movies on this subject seem personally important for me.
I'd like to see Ben Affleck win an Oscar. And get back completely on track.
And get rid of this new actress to Hollywood, Ana de Armas, that savage little user.
And ambitious golddigger who needs her 5 minutes of fame. By pretending to Ben Affleck she's in love with him.
No. She's not. She's using him to get famous herself.
I find it sad Ben Affleck even introduced her to his kids.
My opinion of Ana de Armas is mainly based on what Christian actually discussed about her in a previous recent post here....about Ben Affleck right now.
And Christian was very clear. Ana de Armas is a user.
And I will refuse to watch anything Ana de Armas appears in, in future.
Out of principle.
Using a vulnerable person. An alcoholic. An addict.
Or any other vulnerability.
Is a high crime in my values.
Makes you wonder if someone in the media are trying to sabotage the Beckhams.
If they lost their jobs due to the current Pandemic.
Is a 2010 movie, called The Company Of Men.
It's based on what happened in the last economic crash in 08 in America.
But more importantly. It's a movie about getting your self respect back.
Re-claimimg your life after loss.
And getting a new life anyway.
Hollywood doesn't make enough movies like this.

Love you ! Naomi has been in modeling almost if not 30 years total. She was in George Michael' famous "Freedom " video , along with Cindy C. Linda " the $10,000 woman " Evangelista, and Christy Turlington . They dont make them like that any more.
Ben has 2 Academy Awards but they are not for acting:
1) 1998 — Good Will Hunting — Best Screenplay
2) 2013 — Argo — Best Picture

I love that George Michael song, Freedom.
I used to go nuts if it came on in a club.
I realise now, he wrote that song about getting freedom to come out as gay.
And also about freedom from Sony.
Who had control over his songwriting creativity.
George Michael made the 80's and 90's better.
I don't think we realised it at the time.
But he really did.
Yeah. Ben Affleck is one talented guy hey.
So sad to see him self destruct.
