Last week I had to pay a bill in the office. I paid using my card. The woman who processed the payment kept touching the card to her face & lips. No, she was not wearing a mask. I thank God I had sanitizing wipes in my purse.
I’ve seen people use the public restroom without washing their hands. YUCK!!!
You know, some people cannot wear masks for medical reasons. Children under age 2 should not wear a mask. When I wear a mask I am protecting them. Not just from the Virus Crisis but from whatever I might be carrying.
I believe practicing good hygiene and such shows we love ourselves. We cannot love others until we love ourselves.
Let us pray for people who clean for a living and those who rely on other humans to help them.

On my postal round I have to deliver mail to a residential care home with 83 delivery points. One of my colleagues who was filling in for me was approached by a resident in the complex and was told "It's only a virus..if we're gonna get it..so it be!!" Absolute arsehole!!
And my girlfriend works in a food retail outlet where the staff HAVE TO WEAR A FACE MASK. Two different customers refused to wear a face mask whilst collecting their orders and said "Face masks are pointless. It's just a silly virus like a cold. People should get a grip." My girlfriend was so angered by their attitude she said "If that's the case then how do you explain the 45,000 deaths we've had here in the UK??" And all they do is laugh and walk off!!

CD is 100% correct in vocalizing the need for people to be responsible. I was talking with a physician friend in Jackson, Mississippi, last week. There are NO ICU beds open in the Jackson metro area. And, guess what? People are still having heart attacks, accidents and so on. So by these selfish assholes refusing to wear masks, not only are they possibly spreading the Covid but they are also actively participating in denying people emergency and intensive care.

It makes me so so mad. One of the biggest supermarkets in the U.K. has stated that people must wear face masks. They have taken out radio advertising to state this. Last week when I went inside, I counted 5 people in the shop not wearing masks. There would have been about 20 people in store excluding staff. I was so so cross. How can people be so thoughtless and inconsiderate. My mask is a reusable one and once I use it - it is washed throughly. We have heat at the moment here so there’s no excuse to say it can’t dry in time. If you don’t care about yourself, at least do it for your friends and family. Idiots.
I am so sad to hear about the clorox wipes. The lysol ones irritate my hands. I have used clorox wipes for years at work in costco stores. The walmart brand is ok but feels a litle lighter in the cleansing disinfecting of it or more watered down.

As for the Lysol, I prefer Lysol too. PLEASE wear gloves when using wipes. Repeat exposure can lead to irritation & allergic reactions. Lysol has that written on their containers.
You should also wash your hands even though you wore gloves.
I purchased supplies in bulk earlier this year. I might have enough wipes to last to almost the end of the year. I thank God I have Lysol liquid cleaner, paper towels, & shop towels.
Liquid cleaners must be diluted & I'm glad I had sense to purchase the large containers.
